Making any progress, process transformation or change across American communities and throughout the global business communities as usual is always hard and usually requires a significant investment of resources – people, finance and effort. So, whenever a leader or an organization adopts any new strategy, technology platform, methodology or approach, that adoption has to be driven by both a need and with leadership clarity.

The events that we are now witnessing across America, both in business and in our communities (collegiate sexual assaults, Ferguson, etc) present a business case that explains the complexities in our American issues and not the issues that are segregated to specific communities. There is no better time than now for learning how to avoid risk by leading out from crises before they happen. Considering adoption of such an objective, preemptively leading out and to stop leading through after the turbulence, requires a strategy and approach to address the issues long before they are seen on the horizon. The Crisis Leadership & Performance-Driven Execution™ process provides a step-wise approach and lays the foundation to start building your case for learning how to adopt a needed process and methodology to preemptively and effectively respond more favorably to change in our distinctly challenging new world. John Kotter was right; an atmosphere of urgency will create an atmosphere of exceptional or extraordinary achievement.

In the end, the lessons you’ll walk away with will outline everything you don’t know that you don’t know about creating commitment, accountability and most importantly a sense of urgency. It’s time for you to learn the preemptive principles of dealing with crises both in your life and your professional career. Embrace a do it now philosophy; learn to be a better you because everybody else is taken.
